DARKBAR WORLD TOUR IN GENEVA, SWITZERLAND 18/11/2008 The garage bar! Last Friday Volcom stone`s Darkbar world tour landed in Geneva at a self made bar in the very urban courtyard of Pulp 68. The theme of the party was „TOTEMIC NIGHT“. On the flyer we asked for old snow-or skateboarding stuff to build a totem. It was amazing, about 200 people showed up with old stuff, so the totem was build by visitors in some hours. The Totem! DJ Daubeless played the whole rock n`roll history and some funny ridiculous disco tunes all night long The 200 liters of beer ran out very fast. It was a very chilled,funny drinking atmosphere and a great gathering of old friends. We love to entertain you! By the way, people were very generous, they donated a lot of money for the kids of Geneva. Jim, the owner of Pulp 68 shop is going to support young skaters and snowboarders of Geneva who have a hard time, with these donations. Volcom express thanks to every party animal, totem contructor, beer drinker and donator. It was such a great happening with you. Bar madness. Then special thanks to the „chef de la maison“ Jim Zbinden and alex (Pulp68.com) fort the great help and location, mat the lightman, Dj Daubeless fort he turntable work and el pablo and dog for the security job. Could you feel it? Something spiritual overflew us during this night...I guess unconscious we prayed for a lot of snow with this totem.
