PIRATES DARK BAR IN HAUTE-NENDAZ @ OCACTUS. 04/03/2010 This past Saturday, 20th of February, the dark bar world tour stopped in Haute-Nendaz, Valais -> Switzerland. As we were close to carnival, theme was easily chosen and lots of pirates showed up with swords, tricorns, leather boots and the craziest guns ever! We thought it would be a good idea to help all these people learn a few things about the real pirates while emptying some beer cups on the courtesy of Volcom and Ocactus Bar. So do you know ?????? - Who is the author of the real pirates code? - How the boat goes into the bottle? - The most dangerous sea monster? - Why where girls unwelcome aboard ships? - The name of the fastest ship on the 7 sea’s? Trust me, we got some real specialist during the evening who despite long “carabian rhum drinks” managed to find all the correct answers! It was then a good reason to offer some prices to all these pirates! Big thanks to Dj Chylo who played a large mix of v-ent bands & original pirates sounds, turning the end of the evening into a real rock & roll night! To sum up there was a lot of : HAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR’S, YYYAAAAAAAA’S, GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR’S and most important of it, lots of happy people having fun! Finally some BIG thanks to Tosh & all the Ocactus crew for cleaning our thirst, the volcom crew (Yanos & Annett) for turning the bar into the Black Pearl, and finally to all the friends who showed up!!
